ya I've lost a lot of weight and become a lot more healthy these last couple of years. I had anorexia when I was very young which basically destroyed my metabolism and I gained weight after that, then the doctors finally found out a couple of years ago and I changed my entire life and lost it all again.
Now I eat healthy and work out and feel awesome. :]

Tip is to be your self and have fun because then your viewers will have fun too:) And play games you love because that makes for a better stream. And think quality over quantity :)
