What do you think of makeup?
I don't think that makeup is to make guys notice them, or at least that's not the main purpose. Not all girls wear it but it can boost a girl's confidence of how they look, and people who wear makeup shouldn't be shamed for being "sluts" or attention whores. Makeup is fine to wear and helps self esteem and girls feel prettier, so I think makeup is pretty valuable considering the outcomes gotten from it.
