I usually don’t. I suffer from never ending self loathing

I just try not to think about myself negatively. And I think about other things that matter more. Like my family, my health, and the things I want to do.

I prefer not to care about others :D

I just embrace it. Everyone is different, so just focus on your happiness and eventually it’ll all work out 😊

I started making less self deprecating jokes and instead inflated ego jokes. Instead of responding to a compliment with a joke like “Aw, that’s funny!” I’d say “Well of course!” As I flip my hair or something ridiculous before laughing and thanking them. It really helps!

Realize you are only ever going to be you not anyone else so be the best version of yourself you can be

I honestly don’t. But at this point, I just go with, you do you. Just worry about yourself.

I don’t compare my self to others they might have fancy cars big houses lots money but they get rob more than poor people like me plus if you ask them for one dollar they don’t care even that it’s all credit cards only
