Depends. Singed doesn't really fit into the meta right now and the team would rather have LackofMidSupport on a safe comfort pick like Shen in most scenarios. We might pull off an AP Thresh mid + AD Singed top for the flip-knockup synergy, but we'll have to see how it does in scrims first.
