is levi related to mikasa? i just started AOT and I'm really confused as to why they have the same name....

Levi isn't related to Mikasa
He took the surname of his mentor who was an Ackerman (I don't even know Levi's birth surname, even in the prequel stuff he's called Levi Ackerman)
It hasn't been explained whether Mikasa is related to the Ackerman who was Levi's mentor so I don't know what the connection is yet

Have you seriously changed your name to Eren because of Attack On Titan? hahahaha

1. I wanted a gender neutral name (Yes I am aware that Erin is generally the "female*" name but Eren works fine)
2. My boss jokingly referred to me as Eren anyway because of how much I talk about snk so it became a nickname of sorts
3. I really couldn't care less what you think. If I want a name that better suits my gender that's my choice and not yours.

What made you happy today?

Someone on Tumblr drew a Mulan x Attack On Titan crossover where Hanji was Mulan and Levi was Shang and Moblit was Mushu and I've been giggling about this for ages
Crossovers of my 2 favourite things make me hella happy

What is your favorite thrill ride?

There's a ride at the theme park closest to me called Kumali and it's great because when you're going up before the drop you can see all the animals in the zoo and yeah it's really nice. I also have some pretty good memories because me and all my school friends went on the day after our exams finished and it was a really great day :3

Florida is a horrible place.

I'm actually concerned about the amount of people I met called Jesus tbh
Me and my mum were getting food in Walmart and the guy who was serving us was called Jesus and as a 13 year old British child i'd never had the joy of meeting someone called Jesus, then the guy at the petrol station was called Jesus and some dude in Footlocker who kept bothering me was called Jesus and the dude who served me a drink in Universal Studios was called Jesus

Why do you want to study in Japan? Surely you can study biology in the UK or even America?

The education system is so much better in Japan and because i'll be studying a science based subject i'll have way more opportunities over there.
The UK is a horrible place to be a student and I don't want to be in debt most of my life because i'm unable to get a well paying job even though I have a degree. I have a friend who has a masters degree in law and he has a job in Burger King, that's how bad it is.
The US as far as i'm aware is even worse and the only place i've ever been to in the US is Florida and I have no intention of living there ever. Also the last time I was in Florida I was asked multiple times if I was South African and I nearly flipped my shit after a few days of that so god knows what i'd do if I lived there.

Or you could just not send something sexual that will make a lot of people uncomfortable especially someone who is biromantic

Are you having a better week than you had last week?

Not really.
I've had a fairly big argument with one of my "friends" and it's really upset me because she's taking my gender as a way to boost her own popularity and it's really pissing me off.
