Junk food, chicken, pastas for life
Its okay if you're eating junk food or chicken cheese pasta once a week. But if you've to filter your stomach out, then fruit could help you more. We don't usually like having cereals and vegetables on our dining table but when it comes health, they're by points richer than meat and lesser warm(fatty). Eat whatever you like but not in excess, but compensate it with water and fruit especially pomegranates, oranges and bananas.
