I used to cut my legs and then I stopped and recently I have been cutting the side of t My arms near my wrists and I don't want to tell anyone, two friends know but I need help. I think people are going to call me an attention seeker when they see, how do I cover it up? 13 F x

DON'T CUT. I know it might be hard to stop, but please don't do it! But if you have to cover it up, I don't think there's another way but to wear long sleeves. <3 Please stop xxx

Hmm, I'm not exactly sure what you could do, (This will sound cheesy) but you could ask a teacher that you trust if there are any groups in school which help people out? Then, you could ask the person that is in charge of that group if you could help them? Sorry if this doesn't help you a lot but I'm not exactly sure :/ xx
