If you had the power to create one law, what would it be?

What is the weirdest thing you've heard somebody say?

I was at the bus stop, obviously waiting for the bus. When these 2 girls (16-17 year olds) were talking about hygiene. One of them said that she hadn't showered for days because it is too hot to shower in hot water, and she hated showering in cold water. So she's decided not to shower in general. The other girl (her friend) was like "maskeen, you poor thing. How do you possibly do it?". She was genuinely sympathetic to her friend. So the girl then says, "it's okay. I don't need to shower. It's not like I'm doing exercise or nothing. I'll just wear perfume ". Her friend then agrees with her and tells her that it is a brilliant idea.
I don't think that either girls grasp the concept of hygiene very well. It's recently been above 30C (90F). You NEED to shower. 😟
