Teenagers have a concept of wanting a boyfriend/girlfriend so they can feel happy and convince themselves that they are an adult. This is a subliminal process meaning that your mind is thinking of it without you actually being aware, this is down to hormones. Assuming that you and your friend are still teenagers, your friend still might be trying to discover himself/herself and their sexuality meaning that they are unsure of their actual feelings and they are trying new things, this is completely normal and sometimes happens numerous times over an elongated period of time. Usually when someone is "coming on to you" and you don't feel the same way, if you tell them in a nice way and are respectful about it they will understand and should leave you alone, if the person who keeps coming on to you doesn't respect your feelings, why do they deserve to to be your friend? Don't be disrespectful about it just slow things down in your friendship and you should slowly drift away. The part about your friend being forceful is actually rather upsetting and is unintentionally disrespectful, all I can possibly say is that they were caught in the moment and obviously felt like you was playing around with them and the person felt encouraged. To stop this you should tell them how you feel about your friend/relationship and try to come to a mutual agreement
