When i was a lifeguard i used to do this while swimming laps and would train almost every day. At my best i could do just over two minutes. Now not under pressure i could probably do 45 seconds (no prep) and with prepping could probably add another 15-20 seconds. I do miss swimming almost every day.
Like 1 minute if i really try
a full 5 seconds lol
