He died during Robert's Rebellion, he was a Gold Cloak and was killed during the Sack of King's Landing. He wasn't anyone particularly special, rank-and-file soldier, a bit better with his sword than your typical gold cloak, all the good that did him in the end. Not a thing. She's never bothered to ask out of respect for her husband. The most she knows is what Illiad has told her, which is very limited information. Victus' mother had been a woman of the Free Cities, they ran away together to Essos, she passed away.

He is, he's in that age range where his growth spurt is about to hit. Brynden has noticed he's losing his baby fat now and is beginning to stretch out into his awkward lanky teenage years just like Brynden had before he filled out.

WIth Victus being away with Dontos and Brynden having to put more attention to his trueborn family. Is there any chance that Victus might develope some kind of jealousy or resentment ?
Victus' drawback is naivety. He doesn't really have the heart for jealousy or resentment. Remember, he was happy when he heard about having a younger sibling, wanting to protect them and that lead to him doubling down on his training so he could be the swornsword they deserved. His only real issue is he wishes he knew/had a mother. He's never really known a matronly figure in his life, Obella is kind to him but it isn't really the same thing. Brynden had hoped at one point that his mother, Lady Esemella Hayford, would be able to raise him in Steadhold, knowing she would happily take him in and cool Lord Vamos' wroth. There was a good period of time right before he was summoned home where he had considered sending Victus back to Westeros so he could grow up properly and with a better family than he could provide. Victus trusts his father's decisions and though he misses him still sees purpose in where he is now.
Garin and Brynden sounds very familiar
They are very much the same character. Love their family a bit too much to for their own good. Both had that hot-headed youth filled with war, whoring and drinking in distant lands. Both came home with a bastard in tow, not being able to let go of the women that they first loved. And both have the potential to become far more than they ever thought to be. Garin became the Master of Law in his final years, it remains to be seen what becomes of Brynden as he grows and matures.
If/when Obella ever visit the court in Kings Landing and the ladies shit talk her husband. What would she do ?

What does Dontos think of the Dornish influence in Steadhold ?
It isn't super overt yet and he's been spending a lot of time in Blacksaithe. Of course there are smaller things, Obella has changed up some of the kitchen staff to suit her palate, which Brynden actually enjoys. The decoration has kipped up a bit, but Dontos doesn't really notice that sort of thing much. And there's only a handful of her people around, the silk troupe, some courtiers, spies that come and go, her bodyguard... So yeah the dornish influence isn't really there yet. Brynden doesn't really care one way or the other so eventually it'll grow but that depends upon how much leeway Brynden gives and funnels his wealth into.
Will Obella 'smug in Dornish' when she meet Brynden's old fiances ?
Lady Sabrina Sunglass? In some senses I imagine so yes. She ended up marrying a cousin of House Bar Emmon, pretty far off the main branch. Brynden was suppose to be a pretty far step up for her, given that Ser Roderick Sunglass was just a second-born son himself and her his only daughter and child. So yeah Obella is going to be a bit smug because of her status comparably. That and she is definitely the more attractive woman and that she would satisfy Brynden's drives to the point of faithfulness.
Sabrina is of the opinion that she did better by simply not having to deal with the walking court disaster that Brynden is. All things considered the better Lords and Ladies of the Realm still see Brynden as this drunk sellsword with a penchant for fathering bastards and giving them prominent places in his Household. Sure rumors go both ways for Brynden, but it isn't always sunshine and its only been a year and half. Just depends upon who you ask but Sabrina definitely sees him as an undeserving man with a dornish slut of a wife.

As of right now, no. He's gone quiet as a mouse. Which is actually more frightening then him being active. It means the leash has tightened or he's actually thinking for once. Obella is doing her best though.

For the most part she's just happy to have a touch of peace, she avoids the hardest parts right now, i.e. the looks she gets at court, the twins, and dealing with Lysa Arryn. She knows Brynden does need the extra stress and she knows her brother well enough to assault him with knowledge over the twins. It's difficult. But both are just happy to be able to speak again.

Should we trust Littlefinger ?
We've interacted with Littlefinger like what? Twice at most? Baelish isn't even a blimp on Brynden's radar. Though he is definitely in the process of setting up shop in King's Landing right now, making his smaller moves at the moment I very much doubt Brynden even remembers his name. He (soft recon) isn't even acting Master of Coin, he just works for the current Master of Coin Runceford Redwyne (bonus points if anyone knows where he's from) in a smaller capacity and just happened to be the one there to read out the Crown's demands in return for being welcomed back into the King's Peace, something he had a major hand in devising.
