Can I have some advice please? So whenever anyone tells me I'm skinny, I instantly think they are lying to me and I get swamped with thoughts of losing more weight. I over think what I've had to eat that day and I feel compelled to exercise

You might be suffering from body dysmorphia which is where you see your body to be bigger than it actually is? You should be proud of your body because it is your own and like no body else's. You must never feel like the people around you want you to be skinnier, or if they do, then you should stay away from them. Skipping meals and constant exercise is really bad for your body as well, causing mal-nutrition and hair loss. It will hurt the people around you to damage your body and mistreat it
