Do you know how you can help me get out of my shell? Im usually really shy and I can't do anything...
Tbh I never went through this but I can tell you some things.
1. Be yourself - Try talking to a person/ people and act like yourself. Instead of acting.
2. Try to walk around in the open. Because people will never notice you in crowds.
3. Try to get friends 1 by 1, if you are in your shell. If you get to many friends at once, thats good! But if you are uncomfortable about it just try to get to know a person by texting instead of face to face if you don't like it.
Im hoping this helped. This is all what my mom said to me if I went into my shell. <3 It's poopy advice, but it's all I have :3
