What is common answer from a Boy. If girl says to Him "I Love You" ♥?

I wouldn't know really.
But I believe he should appreciate her coming forward. Personally, I think it takes a lot of guts to express this intense feeling called love to an other person.

I personally have no fucking idea. But I will say this.. I kind of saw it my dogs eyes. I was crying the other day and he started crying as well, the only reason he needed to cry along was that "my homan is hurting so I am hurt too" maybe this can qualify as love. I think.
