There is no clear distinction since everyone has their own morals,opportunities,relationships and more which can drastically change a person from loyal to cheating.

Women cheats secretly. Men cheats openly.Meaning women will be with 3 guys but they dont know about it while guys be glorifying and bragging to their friends about who they are with. Overall I assume females cheat more.
