First I would like to correct the question! It should be: 'Why do animals treat animals so cruelly'? ...
Now, the answer. The so called peoples who actually are not peoples or humans treat animals cruelly because they are worst than animals. They don't understand the life of animals, like how complicated it is. They have to think so many ways to get some food. But still god has given a life to every living being.
Humans use animals for scientifically experiments. It's really hard to explain if it's right or not! Ummm... I don't have anything to say now. :)
