I know this this a weird question but when you are feeling like to cut yourself what can I do?
I don't think it's a weird question. You can listen to music, draw, write down your feelings, read something, watch funny videos to distract yourself, you can take a nap (maybe it can help), or you can talk to someone , a friend or whatever; you can talk to me too if you want to, I'm always here :) There's a lot of things you can do that can help you feel better without hurting yourself
