These are all the mains I always order at niku ou on top of my head
Everyone has different taste so I’m not sure if you’ll like (I don’t eat raw or even medium rare/uncooked red meat)
Buri & scallop carpaccio
Sashimi plate with scampi (best scampi everrrr)
Thin ox tongue yassssss

Some M9/10 depends on what you like, I don’t like the fatty meat (I know lol so weird) only because I’ll feel sick of it quickly and I wanna eat as much as possible LOL
Truffle rice a must
Foagura isiyaki is similar to truffle but more fatty

They’re good but you don’t need to spend like $50 for a lip balm
