Usually at college meets we aren't allowed on our phones bc coach wants us to cheer for our teammates and focus on our races so that's about as close as I go. I'll still listen to a song or two before my race though

Swim or sleep for 1000000 hours. Sometimes both. Or I eat my feelings that's always a classic

(Last part)college: what are some tips you have? Also, what things do you recommend me to do and not do? What are some ways I can stay out of debt if debt is possible? But trust me, I'm not going to use credit cards lol.
I would say take advantage of your meal plan, eating at restaurants and going grocery shopping is super tempting but try not to do it all the time. That's definitely how I spend most of my money I wasn't intending to spend. Also, medicine, even just cold medicine, is a lot more expensive than you think so try and bring some from home.
