namsan will give you the best views of the city and it's fun to tie locks in! as for amusement parks, there's also everland but last time i went in december, it was so cold they closed down all the rides. lotte world s fully indoor.

(it's so pretty for pictures and has so many cheap clothes tho :c) perhaps he'll enjoy noryangjin fish market more, or gwangjang market for the food. other silly things to do is the trick eye museum because it's cheap and good for a laugh.
if you're fans of animals, there's a meerkat cafe and raccoon cafe in hongdae. in fact, the raccoon cafe in hongdae is two floors below the exo doll clothes store. you can also try bau house, the most popular dog cafe.
