I need advice. I have my prelim exams next two weeks and I've had really bad anxiety at school recently. As soon as there's silence, I panic and I'm really scared that I won't be able to do the exams. Should I see the school councillor? Idk what to do but I'm so reluctant and scared to get help 😔
If you are going through a hard time-yes I think you should see a school counsellor. I see a counsellor at my school and it helps a lot. I know it's scary to get help-but if you are struggling you really should get help. Don't be scared, If you ever need to talk I'm here.
