But just keep that in mind that when you're satistying your tongue, some people are already 2 steps ahead to gettin fit. ^_^ 3. Daily Running for 1km minimum is required(5 times a week works too) 4. Get inspired by your fit friends. Don't ignore your fat, it can lead to huge diseases you have no iDea.(Believe me i've seen it) If you're an adult - 1. Just take 7 minutes of you busy day and try 2-5 pushups everyday. 2. Walking for atleast 1/2 hour can generate great byproducts. 3. Eat well. Just don't control diet if you're a BP Patient. :) 4. Pick a SPORT. It's a fun way to lose weight ❤️If you're a girl - 1. Just don't think what the people will think if they see you working out. Exercising ain't taboo. All the best, like if it helped ❤️
