Hi will the silicon inside your nose last forever? Will it require another surgery 5 years or 10 years later? Will have side effect? For the nose tip you use your own ear cartilage ?
I used soft silicon. I don't think I'll require another surgery 5 to 10 years down the road. Unless I screw my nose up by getting punched or falling.
What are some of the choices other than inserting soft silicone into the nose? Is it possible to insert fatty tissue like the forehead you've done?
No I don't think so. The fat will dissolve sooner or later! And your nose will oil like mad, I promise you haha

Daryl, I want to ask u regarding the nose job. Are u alseep? Because my friend still can talk!! So scary and she does feel abit of pain. And she was told not to smoke before and after surgery is that true? And one thing I'm curious if u have fillers before u still can do the surgery? Chin,nose
You'll have to dissolve the fillers first! Cannot mix! And I was asleep because I had multiple surgeries. I think if it was just a nose job itself, you might be awake? Depends on different places. I felt nothing cuz I was asleep hahaha. I DID wake up halfway though, it was damn scary! Hahaha, but they quickly put me back to sleep
