Hi! I currently did not enroll any units this term, is it mandatory for me to file a Leave of Absence? What would happen if I didnt? And when's the deadline for the application of a LOA? Thank you!

Yes you need to file a Leave of Absence. Doing this allows you to return the next term. You can find the requirements here: http://www.dlsu.edu.ph/offices/registrar/loa.asp
As for the deadline, you can e-mail the registrar at registrar@dlsu.edu.ph or proceed to the Enrollment Services Hub, 2/F Henry Sy :)

Hello i loa this term so my id is deactivated. Will i be minor offensed if i keep getting the visitor pass to enter the campus? Will the record of me getting the visitor pass be counted in my school record? Cause i heard its minor offense if we enter the campus without the id for more than 3 times..

The minor offense only reflects on left id :) it would not be applicable to your situation
