He is strongly misguided. I often feel he cares more about his personal prestige among nations of the West, than about his own people.

I do not have a special adoration for any leader. When people get into high positions, they easily get corrupted. My admiration goes to people who work hard without being noticed.

When did you become active in the Palestinian cause, and what triggered it?
I have always known what is my homeland, and always felt a duty to defend our rights as a people. When I spent time in Palestine during the First Intifada, my life changed forever.
