hmm do you take supplements like whey? or any other supplements. what about protein bars? do you count how much grams of protein you take everyday?
I don't take any supplements however every once in a while I'll buy a quest bar to eat after coaching and before gymnastics, cause it's quick and doesn't bring me down. I also don't track calories anymore, so I couldn't tell you how much protein I eat in a day. all I know is that it's the perfect amount for me to feel the best :)
