dude there's no such thing, you can't lose wt & gain muscles at the same time as if you lose wt, you lose your muscles and vice versa. to lose weight: do cardio & hiit ; to build muscles: ofc do muscles concentration stuff

Aisle, middle, or window seat?
Aisle seat is cool, I can meet more people and go out easier! Window seat is nice too, I have good views and a place to rest my head.
