Just think "fuck it" lol it works a lot for me. If I do that, I have confidence even if I make a fool out of myself. Learn to not care about the people around u! Like me! If I run and let's say I jump over a hurdle saying "fuck it" but fall, I get up smile and say eh least I tried! And do it again. Just be happy about urself! Confidence is all about YOU not anyone else! An guys LOVE confident girls. Not conceited tho. So just hold ur chin up high and keep walking forward with a smile on ur Face!
