How do you usually express your emotions?

I'm kind of introvert. It must be hard for me in expressing emotional among many ppl. I usually just release it with my surrounding people, thus only several people are able to see my emotional not all.

When you feel sad, what cheers you up?

I can breath whenever i need and i can eat whenever i feel hungry. It must be ungreatful if i felt sad.
