Me too and yeah that's how i felt, like there is nothing else that i can do. It's a horrible place and it's like hell. Once you start you kinda can't stop. It doesn't even hurt once you get used to it.

I think it's stupid. Not to be rude but seriously, it is. You aren't doing anything to help yourself. Now a few years back I was depressed and I self harmed and I look back on it and think "Wow I really was stupid." So yeah I know this isn't helpful but whatever
