i was diagnosed with ocd not that long ago.
and its obsessive compulsive disorder.
and i hate when people go
"ugh its triggering my ocd"
like stop, no, you dont know what its like to have ocd. i hate it, and i want it to leave my life, but ive learned to cope with it.
its like i tell myself no, but my body does it anyways, and i hate it.
so to anyone that jokes about ocd.
bye fuck you and erase yourself.
but i have been getting better because one of my friends, bella, has really helped me through it.
