You're little cob is lovely! Just wondering, what do you do to keep his mane from rubbing? Mine has a huge chunk out of his mane, it is growing back, but not very quickly. But i've been told hoods aren't the best idea, but i want his mane to grow back!
Hahah thank you but it's been a long time since I've had him around sadly :(
Basically, we just kept it plaited and doubled up so it was really short and out of the way at all times, then took it out every couple of days to give it a really good brush, made sure he had nothing he could get caught on his field etc :) majority of hoods you'll find will rub out a mane so if you can avoid them that would be best, but obviously at this time of year it's difficult! have you tried washing the rubbed out area with Megatek? Helps with mane growth and did a good job on one of my other ponies :D
