Question Of The Day: Happy Easter! What is your favourite things about Easter? :3

OH! Hallo Caz , you are my favourite person @ the mo. , for i clicked on your link you sent me , & Igot ADBLOCKER -yesss!!!

Today (saturday) we went to Kielder Water in Keilder Forest , well t'was @ 'Bakethin' feeder resevoir ; & spent the afternoon sheltering in the bird-hide @ the nature reserve ; snapped lots of birds (well him on the left in my background did !) ~& some even with people LOL! & these Canada Geese ! xx

Have you ever made a mistake which ended up working out in your favor?Example getting on the wrong bus and then meeting someone you ended up with who was on the bus?

When you've had to live with the consequences of dreadful , irredeemable mistakes -I just can't recall such an event . . . .

Do you know any parents who try to be their child's friend instead of being an actual parent?How do their children act?

You cannot be a proper parent , if you are not a truest friend to your children ; to have the total confidence , to know that THEY will have the confidence to come TO YOU . . . . with their direst problems -when they come ; for come , their direst problems will . . . . but this also means taking step(s) back when the times come that you feel you are being replaced -as you must be , at the appropriate stages .
One thing that makes me most sick at heart , is the number of 'parents' i see totally crushing their children's trust & confidence with put-downs . . . .

My job is about to make it mandatory to look up people's Facebook accounts before hiring them. What's your opinion of this?

Many people don't have facebook , nor , indeed , any s/m at all ; my youngest son closed his f.b. about a year ago , & he's stuck at it ; others close ,then capitulate & re-activate ; my 3 closest M8s have NEVER had f.b. accounts , & they are highly professional people , 2 owning companies . . .
some peoples security / privacy would de-barr you from accessing .
In the UK , what your company is doing might well be illegal . They are certainly limiting their scope . .
