FUCKING GREAT. IN FIRST PERIOD (ART HISTORY), MS. S WHO IS NOW MY LORD AND SAVIOR TOLD TALAR "LET ME TALK" AND I WAS SO FUCKING HAPPY BC TALAR LITERALLY (I DID AN EXPERIMENT TO FIND OUT IF THIS WAS TRUE) TALKS AT LEAST 3 TIMES MORE THAN ME BUT SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TURN TO HER FRIEND AND SAY "UGHHHHH HE TALKS SO MUCH" AND CROSS HER ARMS. SECOND PERIOD, WE DIDN'T RUN. THIRD PERIOD I DIDN'T GET A D ON MY PHYSICS TEST. I GOT EITHER A B OR C+. First kiss story?
my REAL first kiss story is pretty shitty but the story of the first time i kissed someone i thought/think i loved isn't.
so on june 5th, the night after graduation, at the VERY FIRST showing of TFioS at the northridge mall (10PM), i was with this girl who's codename will forever be "gwen stacy" or "gwen" for short. so anyways, gwen and i were in line and she had bought the tickets bc her mom gave them to her as a graduation gift and she and i were so fucking happy because we'd waited 2 years for the tfios movie to come out because she read it when it first came out (she was actually part of that batch of people who the book got sent to early) and she showed it to me over the summer and i read it and i loved john and omg. so anyways, gwen and her boyfriend were parting ways. she already knew that he was planning on dumping her bc he "lost feelings" and bc they were going to different schools, so she was trying to put up this brave face in front of me bc, again, we had waited so long for this movie. ANYWAYS, when the movie started and the first quote from the book came ("in the winter of my seventeenth year..."), i just touched her hand and we held hands and she didn't let go and neither did i. i put my arm around her when we got to the meeting and it stayed there. eventually, right at the point where gus was saying "hazel grace i love you and i know that love is just a shout into the void and that oblivion is inevitable...", i kissed her because in that moment (i swore we were infinite. jk fuck that) i knew that she was definitely the first person i'd ever had true emotions for. it wasn't me subconsciously wanting a girlfriend to fufil my shitty middle school desire to have a relationship. it was actual and undeniable feelings and i get that feeling everytime i think about her, and i just spent about 5 hours working on those "open when..." letters for her.

I DONT THINK ANYONE REALIZES THAT IM MEAN BC IM AFFECTIONATE. I DON'T WANT TO BE SEEN AS OVERLY AFFECTIONATE AND LOVING SO I MAKE JOKES AND TEASE YOU BC LOVE. ALSO, I'VE REALIZED THAT IF I TEASE SOMEONE ABOUT THEIR BAD FLAWS LIKE THE ONES THEY DISLIKE, THEY'LL BUILD A TOLERANCE TO THAT FLAW
