Eh, I wouldn't say so. For starters, I don't even consider myself a seiyuu fan nowadays. Plus, my scope of knowledge is extremely limited; I know next to nothing about seiyuu who debuted after 2010 for example.

I'm not sure what being 'artistically ambitious' entails...perhaps, someone who is involved in actually writing their own music? Takahashi Naozumi springs to mind immediately. Taniyama Kishow maybe. Sakamoto Maaya?

I'd say a lot of modern mainstream music isn't that reliant on melody/harmony any more - hip-hop, rap, minimalist/chill etc. The shift from organic music to a more electronic-based sound took the best part of a century, I'm pretty sure there'll be more musical innovations down the road we can't imagine now...we're still finding new genres nowadays anyway, I doubt we'll ever be short of anything to listen to ---> https://insights.spotify.com/us/2015/09/30/50-strangest-genre-names/

Nope. The traits of 人情 & 報 (or 'Giri' for the Japanese) are so deeply entrenched in my psyche that the mere thought of taking other people's money for X reason makes me feel ill. I doubt I could ever bear the burden of obligation/expectation that came along with the financial 'reward' or compensation. As with all my projects, I do it out of genuine love and interest in the subject matter & as a service to the anime/seiyuu community that has given me so much for so long.
