I see. You love fantasy. The only fantasy books I know are Sarah J. Maas’ works. I’m not familiar with The Once and Future King.
People know the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, most notably The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and T.H. White wrote his masterpiece during around the same time, so he was overshadowed.

And I suppose you would prioritize those books you mentioned over The Once And Future King, too. The novel that is the pinnacle of modern fantasy, the novel that has set the standard for many modern fantasy fiction novels.
Hahaha! I recently wanted to read Lang Leav’s works so I’m gonna read them first, then Rupi Kaur’s The Sun and Her Flowers then maybe, just maybe, that trilogy.
Then you are forgoing one of the oldest and best fantasy fiction novel series for something more recent and mediocre. But that's your choice.

Terry Brooks, author of the Shannara books. There's like two dozen of them already, I think. The Sword of Shannara trilogy is what you want, though, as it's the original story.
