Who is the cruelest person in history?
It is quite impossible for me to make a fair judgement on this matter for I do not know all humans that have walked this earth. We have been taught about cruel people in lessons of history, but what about the people who never made front page, who did cruel things under the eye of no one? I cannot fairly give an answer for I do not know every cruel action(with reasoning) committed by humans on this earth.
