i included a couple of things!
achievements from my primary and secondary school days like just include any certificates u have
i also put in some of my best writings!! i had a thing abt writing poems so yea haha
i also got a letter of recommendation from my form teacher
and i included this cert that i got from previously completing an advanced elective module (i.e. Radio Production) in Ngee Ann Poly a year before i dpa-ed! it helped to show that i truly had interest for mass comm related stuff way before i dpa-ed
even if your achievements r not mass comm related, don't be hesitant to include it in ur portfolio bc it still shows ur leadership potential and/or ur willingness to learn and try new things which is a definite plus point bc the interviewers are looking to select candidates who r truly passionate about learning :)

yes, i dpa-ed into mcm! firstly, thank u for turning to me for advice, i'm flattered!
secondly, i think as long as u truly have the passion and interest, you'll be able to impress your interviewers :) i didn't have many leadership achievements in secondary school, i was merely a subject rep hahahah.
BUT just bc u don't have much leadership achievements, it doesn't determine ur passion or interest for the course aye! my dpa process started out with filling in an online application and if you're selected, you'll be asked to come down for an interview. just to make sure, you do know dpa takes place before O'levels and not after, right? dpa is for those who want to secure a place first before O's but even so, you need to achieve a specific minimum score before you are confirmed a spot in the course of your choice. if u plan on getting into the course u want but it's already after O's, then jpsae is the route for you :)
