I thought helping others is a good thing. I didn't know before that It has its own down side. Manipulators, abusers are always up for grabs for the hands that you are willing to lend. And they'll use you and abuse you until there's nothing left for you. When there's nothing left for you, they'd leave you, broken and confused.
