Have you ever heard the saying “Positive thoughts attract positive energy”? or, ” your energy effects the energy of everything around you” ? What these statements mean, is that thinking positive thoughts can (almost) or (most likely) bring positivity to your life. Thinking positively about your job, relationships, or just personal goals can attract positive things to happen in those specific areas. For example, If you’re wanting to lose weight and you think “Ugh ill never lose this weight” you most likely won’t see the results you want and you won’t lose the weight. Thinking those negative thoughts will just put yourself down and you won’t be motivated to get the goal done. But instead of saying “Ugh, Ill never lose this weight” you can say, “I’m going to lose this weight, and I’m going to look awesome” you will most likely feel motivated to lose the weight and you will feel motivated to work out and eat healthy. You will see the results you want to see and you will feel and look amazing. People who think negative thoughts will just attract more negative moments to happen. When you think your life is chaotic, it becomes just that. If you want things in your life to get better, focus on the solution, not on the problem. Your thoughts generate the action you take in your life. Bad things happen to everyone. Everyone goes through times where they struggle with something that they feel like things can never get better. When something bad happens in your life, or you feel like there is a struggle that you can’t conquer just stay positive. Think of every problem and every downfall in your life as a lesson. I am a huge believer in the saying “Everything happens for a reason” If something doesn’t work out the way you want it to, it obviously wasn’t meant to happen, or it wasn’t the right time to happen. Maybe something didn’t work out, or you didn’t get what you wanted because there is something out there that is better for you.

Over the past month i have recently learned how to put myself into a positive living space. I learned how to control my negative thoughts and i learned how to live a positive, fulfilling life. I believe everyone needs to live for themselves. Work out for themselves, wear makeup for yourself, work hard for yourself. No body can control you and make you feel less of a person. You need to focus and work on yourself, and what's best for YOU. Stop trying to please other people just to keep them in your life when they could be the ones dragging you down. You control your own life and what happens in it. If someone is pulling you down, telling you that you aren’t good enough, and making you feel worthless, cut them out and don’t ever regret your decision. The minute you cut those people out, you will feel a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. People are TOXIC. You are who you hang out with. If you surround yourself with people who are negative, have bad energy and aren’t motivated to move forward and do something positive with what they have, you will become just that. Surround yourself with people who only see the bad in things, hang out with people who aren’t good influences and you will soon realize that you see the world the same way they do. Once you realize that you are better and you deserve to have a happy and live a positive life, you will easily drop the negativity which THEN, you can finally feel like you ARE good enough, and you CAN conquer ANYTHING.
