The viral one? If you having just the mild symptoms, a little redness of eyes and slightly watery eyes then do nothing or at most, can use over the counter artificial tear eye drops. It’ll resolve on its own in a week or so…But if the symptoms are worse, excessively watery eyes, pus or pus like discharge, matted eyes especially in the morning etc then proper workup is needed
