is it ok to simply request to follow you on twitter? i always feel uncomfortable following locked accounts because .. they are probably locked for a reason. but you seem pretty nice & i'd love to try to become friends with you. TT
omg you sound sweet ;;;;;; but tbh, i don't even remember /why/ i ever locked my account in the first place LOL i think bc i didn't want random people to follow me when i had no idea who they were at all and i didn't want spam accounts harassing me, etc!
