An old power lifter told me a long time ago the best supplement to take is fish oil pills. I also take protein powder and natural multi vitamins. If you're trying to get big buy a mass gainer and you'll put on size guaranteed. Pre workouts are a waste of money if you really need an energy boost drink some coffee or take some vitamin C
Wow this Is is a complicated question to answer for me right now haha. So I haven't benched since February because it messes with my shoulders too much but I got 275 back then. I still dumbbell press and do other chest workouts though! I haven't deadlifted in 3 months because my back is fucked up but the most I ever got was 435. I've been going to the chiropractor for the past couple weeks and I'm trying to get it better. And my squat max is 305
