I graduated from telling off one person at a time to groups of five to ten

I let people know how I feel

I’m the kind of person that does things both ways. Sometimes I’d hold back depending on the situation (whether they were busy with life or that they’re not in the mood… Or that I’m not in the mood to express myself at the time).

But at times, I’d just spat sh*t out and if I’m fortunate enough, I may get a more responsive reply other than the generic ‘k’, ‘u ok?’ or the sorts. Then, see how the conversation goes with the person.

Hold back, even from myself

Sometimes I talk about my feelings but I usually don’t like to cause no one understands & everyone always thinks their problems are worse than mine & they just dismiss mine & just don’t care. So what’s the point in talking about feelings?
