It really just depends on you personally and how fit you are and where to start, if you don't do much exercise now then just google it, and follow the steps

thank you! i follow your instagram too and you have some really great videos of gymnastics! so ill try to start with the basics and work my way up. i just don't like being the worst one on my team, and the one always frustrating my instructors

do you really think so? i hope not because i dont want to give it up yet x. im fine on trampoline but as soon as i take it to floor i get too scared! its strange and completely mental haha
Ahh right, your body is growing and getting scared, try starting something easy then working your way back up to harder things x
i have had it for so long. and even on simple skills. i think i have slowly started to get over it, but it has made gymnastics so stressful for me, im not sure if i should quit. i dont want to but im not sure what do now. sorry if this sounds like a complaint :/ x
Hmm I'm not to sure normally I have days like that, when I can't be bothered. Maybe your body can't be bothered with it anymore? X
