I can't stand this every time I ask to meet up with my friend they cancel but right at the last minute but what upsets me is they clearly had other plans yet just make excuses up and expect me to believe them. How do I confront my friend?

No I haven't actually! I'm quite scared haha but I keep forgetting I have it. I think I'll be trying it soon though seen as summer is around the corner! x
