Liquid fasting, water fasting, dry fasting, or 16-8 fasting- either way fast! Aka your not gonna eat for a certain amount of hours and when it's time to eat your gonna break that fast with a high protein meal.OR FOR ME I lost 20lbs in a month - 2 green smoothies, 1 high protein meal and 2 snacks & 1 gallon of water daily + cardio & strength training & boom I lost 20lbs.
