For JC I just consumed copious amount of secondary readings (though really, you don't need to do that for A levels). The themes are usually recurrent in various texts anyway.

How do I study for lit now:
I feel hopelessly clueless in class when some Greek etymology pro voices out all their nuggets of knowledge in the most cogent articulation and then I break out in cold sweat because what the hell do I know?
Right now.. I'm just reading. And it's not a lot I'm doing for lit, juggling a heck lot of other stuff too.
