Do it on a regular basis. Simply just try until your body clock is fixed at a certain timing; As in the time you sleep & wake up
throw yr phone aside and sleep early
when trying to sleep, make sure you put your phone on do not disturb mode or silent mode. Set an alarm for all days at the same timing so that your body will get used to waking up at that timing!!
