when trying to sleep, make sure you put your phone on do not disturb mode or silent mode. Set an alarm for all days at the same timing so that your body will get used to waking up at that timing!!
Ermm off your phone 30 mins b4 sleep n always stretch when u wake up n also get clod showers it makes u feel more fresh! Star from the bottom thoo!
