I do a lot of resistance, three times a week. I also like to jumping rope to build muscle. I practice yoga, which helps to keep me stay flexible and keep my mind quiet. I use ankle weights (2 pounds) to develop my muscles by making me do various agility exercises, which involve muscle coordination. I have always been thin even as a child, so I don't really need to stick to a strict, super healthy diet plan.I hope this can help you and thank you for your compliment! ❤
